Shipping & Delivery: How Your Loot Gets to You

Alright, witches, let's talk logistics. You've bought the goods, and now you want them in your hands. We get it. Here is exactly how your new favourite things travel from our cauldrons to your doorstep. No boring corporate speak, just the facts.

Where Is This Stuff Coming From?

Our magical inventory is summoned from a couple of different realms:
Custom Garments (Apparel): These beauties are conjured up and shipped by our trusty print-on-demand partner, Tapstitch, operating out of the US and China. They use UPS to fly your threads across the globe.
Handmade Treasures, Crystals & More: All the handcrafted goodies, shiny rocks, and other mystical items are packed with love (and maybe a little protective spellwork) by this witch right here in Scotland, UK. These are dispatched via Royal Mail or DPD.

Shipping Costs: Parting With Your Coin

We keep it transparent. No hidden hexes here:
Apparel & Garments: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the rates set by our production partner.
Handmade & UK-Shipped Items: These costs are also calculated at checkout, using the current rates from Royal Mail or DPD.

When Will My Stuff Arrive?

Patience is a virtue, but waiting sucks. Here is a rough timeline of when you can expect your loot:
Custom Garments: Because these are made to your order, it takes about 3-5 working days to actually create the items. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 5-7 working days for most locations. If you live in a remote, hard-to-reach corner of the earth, it might take up to 21 working days.
Handmade Items from Scotland: These are dispatched within 3-5 working days. Delivery times after that will vary depending on where in the world you are.
A quick reality check: These delivery times are estimates, not blood oaths. Sometimes the postal service gets overwhelmed, customs decides to be nosy, or other mortal nonsense causes delays outside of our control.

International Shipping: Crossing Borders

Good news! We ship worldwide. No excluded countries. If you have an address, we will try to send things to it.
But crossing borders means dealing with mortal bureaucracy:
Customs, Duties & Taxes: You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country's government.
A Little Sneaky Help: To try and save you some coin, we split orders to keep them under the £120 tax threshold and mark them as gifts whenever possible. We absolutely cannot guarantee this will ward off customs charges entirely, but we do our best to help a witch out.

Stalking Your Order

Want to obsessively check where your package is? We respect that. You can check your order status by logging into your account on our website. We’ll provide tracking information wherever it’s available so you can watch its journey.

If your package seems to have vanished into the ether, or if you have any issues with your order, don't panic. Just send an email to and we'll help sort it out.

Returns & Refunds: The Boring But Important Bit

Right, let's talk about the "what if I change my mind" stuff. We'll keep it short and painless.

Custom Printed Garments (Tees, Hoodies, etc.)

Here's the thing — every single garment is printed to order, just for you. That means the moment you hit "buy," a tiny magical printing press fires up and creates your piece from scratch. Because of this, custom printed items are not eligible for returns or refunds simply because you've changed your mind. We physically cannot resell a made-to-order item.
However — if your item arrives damaged, faulty, or looking nothing like what you ordered, absolutely get in touch. We'll sort it out. No questions asked (okay, maybe one or two, and a photo would be lovely).

Handmade Items, Crystals & Jewellery

For our non-custom items — jewellery, crystals, handmade goodies — you've got 28 days from delivery to change your mind. That's double your legal cooling-off period and we're happy to honour it.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in its original condition
It needs to come back to us in Scotland (return postage is on you, unless we've sent the wrong thing)
Drop us an email before sending anything back so we know it's coming

Faulty or Incorrect Items (All Products)

Got something broken, botched, or just plain wrong? We will always make it right. Whether it's a reprint, a replacement, or a refund — just email us with a photo of the issue and we'll get it sorted faster than you can say "Mercury retrograde."

How to Get in Touch

Pop us a message with your order number and a quick description (and photo if relevant) of what's gone wrong. We aim to respond within 48 hours, though usually it's much quicker.
